RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Guidelines for transit damage claims, quality rejections, and credit note issuance.
1. Transit Damage Rejections
If delivered construction materials (e.g. broken AAC block pallets, damaged tile boxes, or moisture-affected cement bags) show visible transit damage, reject the affected quantity directly on the driver weighbridge slip and notify ONEXPO Support within 24 hours.
2. Material Quality Claims
Quality claims regarding compressive strength or tensile rebar specifications must be backed by an NABL-accredited laboratory test report. Approved quality claims result in instant replacement dispatch or full credit note refund.
3. Non-Returnable Bulk Items
Custom-cut structural steel sections, custom-mixed Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) batches already dispatched from batching plants, and opened chemical adhesive containers cannot be returned once unloaded at site.
